- garlic 8g
- olive oil 20g
- chili pepper 0.5g
- Coho salmon 200g
- salt 2g
- soy sauce 5g
If you are using salted salmon, omit the salt.
Baked garlic salmon COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
➀ Slice the garlic.
② Wipe the moisture from the surface of the salmon with a paper towel.
③ Place garlic, olive oil, dried chili pepper (sliced), salmon, salt, and soy sauce in a plastic bag and mix gently.
④ Wait for several hours or overnight.
⑤ Bake for 20 minutes, skin side down, in the middle rack of an oven preheated to 250 degrees.
If you are using fish with skin, it will be better to use a wire mesh oven tray to make it crispier.
⑥ If the garlic looks like it’s going to burn, take it out first.
