- White wine or sake(20g)

How to make Pork Steak Marinated In Curry Mayonnaise
- Chop the garlic.
- Grate the ginger.
- Mix salt, curry powder, mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped garlic and grated ginger.
- Marinate thinly sliced pork for shogayaki in the curry sauce for several hours or overnight.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan
- Sear the meat in a frying pan.
- Once cooked through, add sake and stir-fry until the water evaporates.
- Stir-fry the pork while mixing it so that the entire surface is covered with the sauce.
