| Pork loin (Tonkatsu meat) | 200g |
| Salt | 1g |

How to make Tonteki
- Combine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and sugar.
- Wrap the pork loin with a paper towel and wipe off the moisture.
- Make an incision in the meat before rubbing in the salt. (See video)
- Sprinkle flour thinly. Shake off excess powder.
- Stir-fry garlic with oil.
- When the smell of garlic comes out, put the meat in a frying pan and grill both sides.
- When it is browned, mix the sauce.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
