Nasu & Sausage Pomodoro (ナスとウインナーのポモドーロ)
What kind of dish is Nasu & Sausage Pomodoro??
nasu = eggplannts pomodoro = tomato pasta
Pomodoro originally refers to tomatoes. However, it has come to mean pasta made with tomatoes, garlic, and sometimes onions.
This simple tomato sauce pasta is delicious and easy to make at home with just a few ingredients. While making this pasta, you may be worried about whether the seasoning is enough.
You may be tempted to add some consommé or something, but don’t worry. The salt and garlic are enough to make you feel delicious.
And this pomodoro recipe also includes eggplant and sausage.
Enjoy the richness of the sausage and the eggplant that has absorbed the oil.
The trick to making it without failure is to use the right amount of water and salt to boil the pasta, and to slowly heat the garlic in olive oil.
Also, my preference is to never use ketchup in pomodoro.(If you use ketchup, I think it corresponds to Napolitan, which originated in Japan.)
