INGREDIENTS (3SERVINGS)

  • Whiteleg shrimp 250g (10 tails)
    • ☆potato starch 8g
    • ☆vinegar 5g
    • ☆water 200g
  • ★garlic 10g
  • ★salt 2g
  • ★olive oil 30g
  • ★chili pepper 0.5g
  • ★lemon juice 20g
  • butter 10g
  • white wine 20g
  • black pepper moderate amount
  • parsley  moderate amount

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

①Peel the shrimp, remove the dorsal intestine, and cut the tail in half.

②Rub a mixture of potato starch, vinegar, and water into the shrimp, then wash it off. Wipe the water off the shrimp.

③Coarsely chop the garlic. Mix salt, olive oil, chili pepper and lemon juice, and marinate the shrimp for 1 hour.

At this time spices can also be mixed together. When adding Cajun spice, use 5g.

④Remove the shrimp from the marinade and fry in a frying pan until fragrant. To prevent the garlic from burning, set the heat to medium and stir-fry until the outside is crispy.

⑤Add marinade, butter, and white wine and heat over high heat.

⑥Sprinkle pepper and parsley.

⑦Pour the remaining sauce over the rice.
