Saizeria’s Karami Chicken is seasoned with ketchup and gochujang, but our homemade version uses Cajun spices.

  • Tebasaki (Chicken wing) 11pieces/600g
  • Garlic 7g
  • ☆Salt 4g
  • ☆Cajun spice 10g
  • ☆Oil 15g

Savory Cajun Spice! My Best Karami Chicken COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wipe the surface of the chicken wings with a paper towel.
  2. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Place the chicken wings, garlic, salt, Cajun spice, and oil in a plastic bag.
  4. Rub the bag to distribute the seasoning evenly.
  5. Place the chicken in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the chicken wings skin-side up.
  7. Grill in a preheated oven at 230°C for 20-25 minutes.
  8. When the skin is crispy, they’re done.
