What kind of food is moyashi??

  • beef shoulder loin 60g
  • paprika 25g
  • bean sprouts 150g
  • butter 3g
  • salt 1g
  • pepper moderate amount
  • soy sauce 10g
  • grain mustard 8g

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

① Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.

② Cut the paprika into strips.

③ Stir-fry the beef and bean sprouts in butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

④ Stir in soy sauce and mustard.

⑤ Turn off the heat and add paprika.

Paprika can be eaten raw and is easily discolored, so add it at the end.
