What kind of dish is cottage pie??

  • garlic 8g
  • beef and pork minced 100g
  • herb salt 1g
  • canned tomato 100g
  • Worcestershire sauce 5g
  • potato 120g
  • milk 30g
  • salt 1g
  • grated cheese 4g

Cottage pie with easy-to-make meat sauce COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

① Chop the onion and garlic.

② Stir-fry minced meat, onions and garlic, sprinkle with herb salt and mix.

③ Wipe off excess fat, add tomato cans and Worcestershire sauce and fry until the water is gone.

④ Boil potatoes. Take it out and crush it.

⑤ Mix potatoes, milk, salt and grated cheese until smooth.

⑥ Put the meat sauce in a heatproof dish.

⑦ Cover with mashed potatoes.
