- Gizzard (190g)
- Sesame oil (12g)
- Salt (2g)
- Pepper (appropriate amount)
- Garlic (10g)
- Garlic Scapes (1 pack, 90g)
- Sesame oil (12g)
- Chili pepper (a pinch)
- Spaghetti (180g)
- Salt (8g)
- Water (1000g)
- Chicken broth mix (2g)
- Soy sauce (30g)
Japanese peperoncino pasta recipe COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
① Remove the white parts of the gizzards and slice them.
② Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the gizzards.
③ Season with salt and pepper.
④ Slice the garlic and cut the garlic scapes into pieces about 4cm long.
⑤ Add the sesame oil, garlic, garlic scapes and chili pepper to a frying pan and fry.
⑥ Bring water to a boil and add salt.
⑦ Boil spaghetti for the specified time.
⑧ Add spaghetti, chicken broth mix, and soy sauce to a frying pan and stir fry.
At this point, add about 3 tablespoons of the water the spaghetti was boiled in to help the sauce mix better with the spaghetti.
