Meatball no tomato cream ni (ミートボールのトマトクリーム煮)
Meatballs are simmered in a sauce made from tomatoes, white sauce, and milk.
This is a delicious dish that is an exquisite combination of juicy meatballs, the mild acidity of tomatoes, and the richness of the white sauce.
Meatballs can also be cooked by pan frying, boiling, or deep frying. I like to grill them in the oven because it helps to remove excess fat and helps them hold their shape better.
Mushrooms are not commonly used in Japan, but they go very well with butter. I think it would also be delicious if you used king oyster mushrooms or shimeji mushrooms instead.
If you have time, I recommend using homemade white sauce. Check out the recipe. 👉 White sauce (béchamel sauce)
