Grilled chicken honey mustard sauce

I make a large amount of the sauce. It is better to eat it with bread or mashed potatoes.
I usually make it by cutting chicken thighs, but this time I used chicken wings. Bone-in meat has a strong flavor, and since it’s been grilled in the oven, it also has an added aroma.
Honey mustard is not spicy, so it is easy for children to eat. But, Children under 1 year old should not eat this as it contains honey.
Types of mustard
Mustard and Japanese mustard (Karashi) both use “Brassica juncea seeds,” which belong to the Brassicaceae family, but the types of Brassica juncea used are different.
Mustard has a mild flavor that is not too spicy. On the other hand, karashi is characterized by a strong spiciness that is pungent and hits your nose.
Mustard is made by adding vinegar and sugar to mustard seeds. Grain mustard is unique in that it is made from brown seeds without crushing them. The texture of the outer skin is an accent. There is almost no spiciness and you can enjoy a refreshing taste.
Karashi is Japanese mustard. The only raw material for Karashi is seeds. It is made by processing the seeds into powder and then mixing it with water.
American mustard is characterized by its bright yellow color due to the addition of turmeric. Often used on hot dogs and frankfurter.
In Japan, mustard usually refers to American mustard. Especially famous is Heinz mustard.
Dijon mustard is a type of mustard that originated in France and is characterized by its use of grape juice called verjuice. Compared to other mustards, it has a sour taste and a fruity aroma.
Because the outer skin is removed during the manufacturing process, it is characterized by its smooth texture and beautiful white-yellow color.

- chicken wings 8 pieces(500g)
- ☆grain mustard 42g
- ☆soy sauce 36g
- ☆honey 30g
- ☆lemon juice 15cc
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
① Mix mustard, soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice.
② Wipe the water from the surface of the chicken wings with a paper towel.
③ Marinate the chicken wings for 1 hour.
④ Preheat the oven to 250℃.
⑤ Arrange the chicken wings on a grill pan. Place grill pan on baking sheet.
⑥ Place in the middle rack of the oven and grill for 20 to 25 minutes.
⑦ Transfer the grilled chicken and marinade to a frying pan and heat over high heat.
