What is umami??

INGREDIENTS (2SERVINGS)

  • Spanish mackerel 2 slices 200g
    • salt 1g
  • onion 120g
  • shiitake mushroom 45g
  • tomato 100g
    • butter 15g
    • soy sauce 20g
    • cheese 50g
  • parsley appropriate amount

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

① Rub salt onto the Spanish mackerel.

② Slice the onion and shiitake mushrooms.

③ Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

④ Spread the onions on a heat-resistant plate and top with the Spanish mackerel, shiitake mushrooms, and tomatoes.

⑤ Top with cubed butter.

⑥ Sprinkle soy sauce all over.

⑦ Top with cheese and sprinkle with parsley.

⑧ Bake for 20 minutes on the middle rack of the oven preheated to 230 degrees.
