Bitter Melon Kakiage Tempura Recipe With Curry Flavor COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
➀ Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds and white part with a spoon.
It will cause bitterness, so try to remove it as much as possible.
② Slice bitter melon into 1.3mm pieces. Cut it as thinly as possible.
③ Slice the onions into 1.3mm pieces.
