INGREDIENTS (2ERVINGS)

  • Horse mackerel 140g
  • ★soy sauce 15g
  • ★grated ginger 5g
  • ☆flour 25g
  • ☆curry powder 2g
  • oil 10g

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

➀ Wipe the surface of the horse mackerel with a paper towel.

② Soak in soy sauce and grated ginger for 10 minutes.

③ Wipe off excess water with a paper towel.

④ Mix flour and curry powder to coat the mackerel. Press lightly to make sure the fish and flour stick together.

⑤ Heat the oil and fry at 170℃ for 8 minutes until crispy.
