Chicken no gratin yaki(チキンのグラタン焼き)

What kind of dish is chicken no gratin yaki??

I put white sauce (cream sauce) on chicken and baked it in the oven.

Just add white sauce to the standard baked chicken to change the atmosphere. It looks cute, so it’s recommended for Christmas(*˘︶˘♡)。.:*☆

If you are concerned about calories, remove the chicken skin. It is also good to use salmon instead of chicken.

I roasted the garnish potatoes together.
After cutting the potatoes into appropriate sizes, sprinkle them with salt.

Oven-baked chicken thigh recipe with white sauce COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

➀Remove excess fat from chicken thighs.

②Make several holes by pricking with a fork. This will prevent the meat from shrinking when grilled.

③Rub in salt and pepper into chiken.

④Place the chicken skin side up on the griddle. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

If you sprinkle powdered parmesan cheese on top of the white sauce, the powdered cheese will burn. Therefore, sprinkle powdered parmesan cheese before pouring the white sauce.I also recommend topping it with shredded cheese instead of powdered parmesan cheese.

⑤Top with white sauce.

⑥Sprinkle with the canned corn.

⑦Roast in an oven preheated to 250°C for 25 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil halfway through to prevent burning. 250 degrees Celsius is 482 degrees Fahrenheit.

⑧Decorate with parsley.

The oven I use is Toshiba’s “Ishigama Dome”. I like that it won’t break even after 10 years of use and is easy to clean.
