  • ☆egg 30g
  • ☆flour 50g
  • ☆water 75g
  • ☆curry powder 1g
  • ☆salt 1g
  • oil moderate amount

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

➀ Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds and white part with a spoon.

It will cause bitterness, so try to remove it as much as possible.

② Slice bitter melon into 1.3mm pieces. Cut it as thinly as possible.

③ Slice the onions into 1.3mm pieces.

④ Mix eggs and water, then add flour, curry powder and salt and mix. The order is important.
