  • butter 50g
  • egg 60g
  • milk 40g
  • flour 80g
  • baking powder 3g
  • banana 100g
  • sugar 70g

➀ Keep butter, egg and milk at room temperature.

② Sift together flour and baking powder.

③ Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. (170 degrees Celsius is 338 degrees Fahrenheit.)

⑨ Add 1/3 of the sifted flour and baking powder and mix.

⑩ Add 1/2 of milk and mix.

⑪ Add remaining flour and baking powder and mix.

⑫ Add banana and mix gently.

⑬ Pour into a mold and bake at 170°C for 25 minutes.
