  • zucchini 40g
  • eggplant 40g
  • bean sauce 3g
  • oil 5g
  • minced pork 200g

  • ☆oyster sauce 5g
  • ☆chicken soup granules 1g

  • basil 6 to 10 sheets
  • 2eggs
  • lime

Gapao rice COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

① Dice the garlic, bell pepper, zucchini, and eggplant.

② Place garlic, bean sauce, and oil in a frying pan and heat over low heat.

③ Add minced pork and fry until it changes color.

④ Add the bell peppers, zucchini, and eggplant and stir-fry until the vegetables are soft.

⑤ Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, chicken soup granules, sugar, and soy sauce and stir-fry for a short time.

⑥ Finally, add the basil and immediately turn off the heat.

⑦ Make fried eggs.

⑧ Place the meat and fried egg on the rice and squeeze the lime.
